Who is Going to the Next Race?

The MySchedule feature in the Members section allows you to indicate what events you plan to attend. For us, this information is used to plan support for events as well as provide our host organization, HSR-West with info vital in setting run groups. California Speedway

Update (7.1.08). Over 200 drivers endured a sizzling weekend of 100 plus degree days at the high-banked California Speedway. Our group had 20 entries and enjoyed a split start at the front of the pack of small bore machines (total of 48 entries in the group). C.J. Bonura and Steve Link put on a great battle at the front with C.J. pulling out the win when Steve fell back with a mechanical issue. The extreme heat was hard on cars and drivers but Link and Bonura post posted sub 2 minute fast laps during the weekend. We had the opportunity to welcome a number of new cars and drivers to the series Here is the report from Les Cannaday..

Every driver (that we could find) received one of our 2.5 Challenge T-shirts and there were gifts to all Datsun drivers from Peter Brock of BRE fame. Speaking of which check our their new BRE effort at this link.

Very Important, if you raced this event and have not registered on this site you must do so ASAP if you want your points posted. Only registered members accrue points. Do not delay.

 

Members Need to Register (again)

With all of the time that has passed since the series was last active we are asking all members that wish to participate in the series or that wish to be associated with the series to use the Members link to re-register. Our older site use e-Mail and manual transcription of member information which was error prone. This site is designed to retain all of our data in databases on the web server and over time will become much more interactive.
