The Member Signup Links are Now Active!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Members Need to Register (again)

 

With all of the time that has passed since the series was last active we are asking all members that wish to participate in the series or that wish to be associated with the series re-register via the “Members” link. This link became active on February 20th, 2008.  The e-mail list that we once used has become obsolete and we plan to retire the list in March. To become part of the series you will need to visit the website (www.vsrg.org or www.bsedan.com) and click on the "Members" link at the top of the page. Once in the Members area there will be a link to "Signup".

 

We still have some work left in the members area of the website but all of this should be complete in a few weeks. We are currently testing the "My Schedule" and shopping cart pages. The purpose of the "My Schedule" is to provide an easy way for you to let us know what events you plan to attend and this in turn will serve two purposes:

  1. Allows us to create preliminary entry listings for each event with the simple click of a button on the schedule page.
  2. Allows us to plan for social functions at each event such as driver/crew lunches, happy hours and custom event shirts (stuff!).

This does not replace or alter the HSR-West event registration or in any way commit you to attend the events you list.

With all of the changes to the website we did have an "e-mail" outage last week. If you tried to contact us via any of the BSedan.Com e-mail addresses please be aware that we did not get your message. Our website tracking seems to indicate that a number of people clicked that link during the outage period that ran from February 13 through February 20th.

 

Willow Springs is our First Event of 2008

We are only a few weeks away from our season opener. We do not have a feel as of yet as to the amount of participation and are aware that there are a number of drivers that are still trying to get their car ready (me included!). We will be there, with or without a car, and plan on a hosted "happy hour" after our groups last run of the day on Saturday. If you have not registered yet there is still plenty of time (use the HSR-West logo on our main page to link to the HSR-West site for entry info.

 

Since we do not have our "My Schedule" page active yet, we would really appreciate you letting us know via e-mail if you plan to attend this event.
